Well we have your solution. We are thrilled to be able to add PHT Magnets
to the Soft-Ride Product
We carry Size 5 & 6 in the Soft Rides and can special order the other sizes
Our Soft Rides come with the turquoise orthotics. If you need other orthotics please visit www.soft-ride.com and read about them and order from there. We apologize for not being able to inventory them for our customers, but it ends up being more economical for our customers if you just purchase the special orthotics from them.

There has been some confusion regarding the warranty of this after market addition
Just as any
aftermarket product. The original warranty isn't in play. The modifier takes
over the warranty. Which is PHT
PHT stands behind the modification it makes to the soft rides under OUR warranty.
The PHT Soft-Ride boot Is warranted against defects in material and/or
workmanship for 6 months from
the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear, Damage due to misuse,
alteration of the boot other than alterations made by PHT, negligence, or damage
occurred outside of the boots intended use are not covered under this warranty.
Neither the boot soles, nor the orthotic inserts are warranted against wear.
Boots damaged by animal biting or chewing are not covered under this warranty.
Soiled or improperly cared for boots are not considered a defect.
We have yet to have a problem with any of the "upgraded" Soft rides.
Do not call Soft-Ride for warranty information as they are not the warrantor, PHT is.
